Privacy policy

COMPANY collects as little data as possible. This statement describes what data arises when this website is visited and how it is processed.

Controller

The association COMPANY is responsible for the processing of data on this website. Full contact details can be found in the Impressum.

Principle

This website is purely informational. There are no user accounts, no forms and no login. No cookies are set for advertising or tracking purposes, and no visitor profiles are created.

Server log files

When the website is accessed, the hosting provider automatically processes technical data transmitted by the browser: IP address, date and time of the request, the address requested, the referrer and details of the browser and operating system. This data is technically required to deliver and secure the website, is not combined with other data sources and is deleted after a short time.

Hosting

The website is hosted by Vercel Inc. and delivered through its content delivery network. Data may also be processed outside Switzerland and the EEA. A data processing agreement is in place with the provider.

Audience measurement

Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights are used to measure reach. Both work without cookies and without fingerprinting, do not record IP addresses in plain text and do not allow individual visitors to be recognised. Only aggregated figures are evaluated: page views, country of origin, and how quickly and smoothly the page loads. In addition, a count is kept of how often the contact address is opened, a section is reached from the navigation, the language is switched, and a member project's website is opened from this page, each as a bare total, with no link to a person. Anyone who does not wish to be counted can decline via the notice shown on the first visit; nothing is then loaded in the first place.

Fonts

The fonts in use are served from the website's own server. No connection is made to Google Fonts or any other external service, and no data is transmitted to third parties in the process.

Contact by email

Anyone who makes contact by email transmits the address given and the content of the message. These details are used solely to handle the enquiry and are not passed on without consent.

Rights of data subjects

Data subjects have the right to information about the data concerning them, and to its correction, deletion or a restriction of its processing. There is also a right to object to the processing and to receive the data. A message to the address given in the Impressum is sufficient to exercise these rights.

Changes

This statement will be amended if the processing of data changes. The version published on this page is authoritative.
